Sad to say but this app needs to run their technology better and make sure that scammers do not get a hold of it or are able to scam other people as this app is notorious for scammers that want to take your money so beware of any fraudulent calls or fraudulent people asking you to have access to your phone and for them to show you passwords or any weird thing do not fall for it!! (808) 800-0718 I tried to call a customer service number and this is the number that was trying to scam me that called me back and asked for weird information I knew right away but I played along for a while either way anyone who is downloading this app for thinking of it bewareI want to add that it doesn’t matter if the developers of this app hold no accountability of scammers they should do something about it since they’re getting a lot of reviews that are bad and that scammers are using it at this point you guys should either delete the app or make it better so that’s cameras don’t have easy access to it! But then again what can I say they have fake reviews of people putting five stars so that they could still keep it up!

They tried to call me saying they were Amazon and someone bought a $900 phone and it’s being shipped if I wanted a refund to download this app and give them my info. NOT! When I said nothing has been taken out of my account and you have no star rating she hung up.

Someone tried to cash app scam me on January 28,2022 using this app it voice records and screen record this mean the person can see what you are seeing on your screen while they are on a phone call with you.

I can’t believe I fell for this, Called Amazon and some how they intercepted the call and l fell for it…they tried to get more but lm a fool but not a DAM FOOL!!! Be careful with this app

I have to rate this one star because scammers are using this to get into our phones and steal from our wallets. I’m not sure why anyone would even ever need access to our phones via an app. I think this app needs shut done because of the scammers. These scammers are making billions off of Americans and it needs to stop!!! Please shut this app down and find another way to do whatever it is you need this app for!!!!!

I was recently locked out of fb by a scammer asking all my friends for money. I called a number I thought was fb and the lady told me she could fix everything. I have to download this app. She said they’d be asking for my debit card number to assure it’s me. When I realized I was being tricked, I asked the lady if she was truly from fb and she hung up. Low score due to the fact that you guys aren’t hearing this and fixing it. I almost go taken with this product. Has your company ever called these numbers to see what’s going on for yourselves? Please. People are being scammed and the scammer are using your product. You’d think that you’d be bothered by that. Do you folks care about us getting robbed and the thieves are giving your business a bad name. Being a business owner myself, I’d be bothered by a tarnished reputation.

Someone just used this app to “securely” deal with a fraudulent charge to an online account. They convinced me it was real. I later discovered There had been no fraudulent charge, YET. And it got thwarted before it became such. I immediately deleted the app upon discovering it was not legit. BEWARE!!!!
