A tool called attempting to persuade me that I made a iPhone purchase and asked me to download this app. I left them on hold for 45 minutes saying it was stuck at 10% and restarting my phone several times and doing a factory reset and then searching my house for my computer before they finally gave up on the scam. I didn’t actually do the actions stated above, because it was an obvious scam. Feel free to mimic my idiot customer script to combat scammers, and have free entertainment. ?

Don’t download when someone from Amazon calls you for a fraud charge. They are using this app to gain access to everything in your phone. Do not download when some one tells you it’s for security account fixes!!! No no no. As far as any other use I don’t know how this functions. But - a serious warning needs to be on this app for people Being scammed! I almost played right into their hands
