It’s started ok

Olivia0585

I’ve used the app for about a year. It started ok, the video would be great then become very pixelated after a few seconds. Now it’s not showing much of my son sleeping at all. I constantly have to close and reopen the app. It also costs an additional fee to have the app linked to my Mac devices. I’m going to download a new baby monitor that includes all devices in one fee. I would not recommend this app.

Used to be great

After forcing folks to pay for monitoring over 3G, network connectivity itself has been annoying buggy, for months now. I’ve engaged with support, but nothing’s changing.

Doesn’t work on 3G

Michelle Wills

Just tries to connect to server on 3g but never connects. Useless.

Nice - when it works

Al Lyon

Easy to use and nice features. Unfortunately, it keeps disconnecting. I have been worked up more times by the disconnect signal than by the person on the other end needing me. So far tonight, I have been disconnected 7 times and it isn’t even midnight.

You keep asking for a review so I’ll give you one

Every time your box pops up asking if I’m enjoying your product and for a rating, it disconnects the phone. This is incredibly frustrating when it occurs in the middle of the night. I’ve finally grown tired of waking up to my disconnect alarm in the middle of the night, like tonight as I write this.

Hangs on "connecting to server" while trial time burns away

UniversalGodOfAllThings

I jumped thru all the hoops of setting this up and when it came time to see the capabilities of the app it just hangs on "connecting to server" while the 1 hour free trial time ticks away. This is your chance to shine!

Not Impressed

JohnoSF

Seemed to work ok on WiFi, after dropping $9.99. Should have tried without WiFi... when I actually wanted to use it while traveling found I also had to buy the cloud subscription. Paid for that and the app just sat ‘connecting to server’. Never got it to work, feels like I wasted my money.

Did not work

I’ve been looking for an app like this to use for my pet. It’s a good thing this app has a free trial so that I could see that it does not work reliably. Set up was very easy. But once I left my house, the stream was disconnected despite full cell service. I recommend trying other applications before this one especially if you are using to monitor a human baby and not just a dog.
