Pretty bad

This looks like a programmers little side project, no polish, poor features. I was hoping to get VIN information here or at the very least, a .pdf of my entire policy.
Good Simple App

It would not take my correct username and password. I tested successfully on the mobile site. Uninstalled and reinstalled, and then it took my password after resetting up my PIN. Something is not updating when the PIN is set. If I change passwords, I'll have to uninstall/reinstall again -- unless the new version is fixed.

The app is unusable if you use a reasonably complex password. I care about security, and I use unique, complex passwords stored in a password vault. For some reason, unique among all other iPhone apps, this one does not permit the ability to paste in a password (plus it limits the password string to only 14 characters). They get an "F" in security.

Received a bill in the mail. Thought, "surely there must be a app for that." Found this one, logged in and non of my info was accessible. I'm directed to call Amica for assistance...
No Display of Detailed Auto Premium

Decent web site overall, but, one huge over site is there's no display of current auto premiums by vehicle. Web site AND mobile app needs to show the premium cost per line of coverage and by vehicle like the page in the policy that provides that detail. My premiums changed within the policy year, so, the premiums on in POLICIES & DOCUMENTS was outdated.

Buggy. Currently telling me I need to upgrade before using the app, so pushes me to the App Store. But then in the App Store it says I have the latest version. So, no access to app at all.

Steps to pick another company: 1)Hear Amica is great 2)Download the app 3)App says needs to update 4)App redirects to AppStore 5)Obviously newest version so.. 6)Press open to go back to app 7)GOTO 3) Repeat until GEICO doesn't sound so bad.
Busted App

Launching this app you get a message to upgrade at the App Store. After opening the "upgrade" you get the same message. It's an endless loop and you cannot do anything with your account. No stars!
