Can’t create account

While you can log into an account, the app doesn’t appear let you create an account and gives ZERO direction how to do so.
What happened

Had no problems with app until last update. Trying to find a auto repair shop and search just spins and then says can’t find locations.
Amazingly bad app

Doesn’t support iPhone X. Doesn’t support Face ID. Looks like it was designed for the iPhone 5 generation of hardware. Dead ends everywhere in the app. Take a look at the GEICO app for an example of what a good insurance company app looks like.

Not up to current standards.

The AMICA app is just not being maintained to current financial industry standards. Give us two-factor authentication and TouchID, please. Mickey Mouse security and preschool UI design are not the way to build customer confidence. Y'all need to throw some money at updating this app ASAP. That means very soon, as in NOW.

I use my email as username and this app wouldn't let me type more than 16 characters in the username field and thus useless for me. Very frustrating
Can not pay bill via app

For the past few months the app will not allow me to pay my auto insurance online. States can not complete and to call Amica. I always have to pay online. Please fix this!!
