The apps pretty decent it allows you to service your policy right from your phone. I also think Amica is a great insurer. I was with my last company for 12 years. I switched to Amica and saved so much. Approximately $400 a year and I have a few extra perks on my policy that my old company charged a whole lot more for.
The app doesn’t open

After I login to the app it stays on the loading screen forever with no indication of progress. I cannot get the app to load after logging in no matter how long I wait.

Decent app overall. It would be nice to have Apple Wallet integration so I have my insurance card quickly accessible.

App has become better and better. Love the option to use TouchID and FaceID. Last thing missing for five stars is if it could generate an Apple Wallet digital auto (home) insurance card like other companies like AAA have. This way if its necessary to provide proof of auto insurance one can go to the iPhone Apple Wallet app and pull up the Amica Card(s). Not sure if Apple can help Amica develop this function like other companies have. Thanks
Insane price hikes

Premiums on three policies increased 20% last year and 30% this year. For a three week period last year customer service was completely unreachable. Completely done with Amica. Bye.

Amica makes everything so easy with their app. Very easy to navigate to every feature. They are the best insurance company I’ve ever been with, nice to have a great app to go on top of it.

Making it very difficult for people to pay monthly bill who prefer NOT to opt for automatic payments.

It takes 7 days to process a payment. People having hard times and you can’t get MUCH of a discount.
