Having trouble with NVR already. All new equipment and they are sending me new cables and hopefully that will help my issues. But this app wow it is not working. It was working for the first hour then none of my other cameras come on. Just the amcrest camera comes up. Other cameras Says cannot connect but that is not my problem with the internet connection. Wow I’m at a loss right now. Still have issues with the whole thing. Ugh!!

I doubt seriously that bugs such as the ones I experienced were missed before release. That means the app was released before it was done. When searching for time, it takes you to the wrong time pretty much every time. If you scrub using the scrub bar and release it when the time says 8:30, it will set the time you are viewing to 7:30 and a few seconds. Poor flow, if you want to search for a time, you will have to leave and go back to live view, then back to search. The whole gui is poorly designed. Send this back to the drawing board. Actually i know a brilliant programmer that rocks mobile apps.

If you can figure out how to view your stream you are then treated to about five seconds of video before the app gives up.

Like many others, I am experiencing the same low resolution/blurry/pixelated feeds after the recent update. Why have high res cameras if I’m forced to view their feed in low res?? Clearly no QA performed on this one. *August 2019 update* - resolution issue has been resolved.

Spends too much time showing logo screen/first page before it loads the first camera. Very frustrating having to wait (must be about 5 full seconds) before you can see the image - sounds short but when you’re trying to see something quick can be very very long.

My router has 2 WiFi settings including a 2.4GHz and the app fails to ask me for the password because it is trying to access the 5GHz automatically. I cannot even get to the point where I enter WiFi password. I tried both WiFi connect via the 2.4GHz and Ethernet connect via 2.4 GHz and neither will work. I will be reporting my disappointment to Amazon and returning this device, very frustrating after spending a lot of time.

Not much better than my D-Link pan and tilt cameras app. Image looks squished. Take forever to adjust and app takes a long to to switch to landscape. Garbage.

I love this device because it’s clear sound and resolution on the picture. I would love to understand more of it. I would like to know can I record and turn off my phone? The reason I am asking is because after I press record and turn my phone off I think it stops recording...that’s bad!

The camera works great, however the app has a hard time initially connecting to device but works fine once connected.
