Very glad they created an app for business owners! It was always frustrating to have to logout and switch between personal and business accounts. Not anymore!! Yay devs!
Can login to website but not mobile app

I get a login error that my email address is a consumer shopping account. But it’s not. Its never once been created, used or logged in on Amazon.com. And it works fine on the affiliate website. It’s just the mobile app that won’t work. So 1 star because I literally can’t use the app at all, and have to rely on the poor webpage UX instead.

Everything from A -> Z seems to be wrong with this app. No matter how diligently I update it, or how often I remove and reinstall it, the problems continue. Can’t select my country / region (app just immediately closes). Can’t log in (app sometimes says my business account is a consumer account, and other times just loops me back to the login screen). Can’t chat with support. It displays tag names in several places, rather than intended contents (eg I’m greeted with “startup_title_to” when I open the app). I’m glad others seem to be enjoying it, but it’s completely unusable for me.
App Needs Much Work

The app keeps saying my business login doesn’t exist. Yet, I was able to immediately open my Amazon account on my MacAir using the same login. My business account on the MacAir has never shown any deals. The returns on the MacAir make me travel out of town to drop off the returns to a windowless airless store with unpleasant people - while we are in middle of Covid - There is a mail room a few blocks from me … I am so looking forward to seeing someone compete with Amazon!

Can't login with the Authenticator app... doesn't let you hit the "log in" or enter key... same with the Amazon standard for business... smh I don't know how can this be going on for 6+ months
