Best Hiking App

Super easy to use to find new hikes and the ability to download maps so you have them offline is really useful. Often there isn’t a signal so if you need a phone connection for an app you are screwed. I’ve been 100% happy with this app & have a ton of hikes I want to try. The reviews are super helpful.
Useless in our area

We have a lot of trails in the finger lakes. Too many to browse. And the latest version on iOS won’t allow me to search. I type a name, click search, and nothing. Deleted immediately.

I love that I can record my hikes and plan hikes and keep them in separate folders that I create. Many features! Definitely will keep this app!

Love the app and the maps are more detailed then my other go to. The location arrow has several layers within. I am learning more about the app every time I open it.

I have had alltrails for several years now and have greatly enjoyed the helpful info it provides. Recently I fell on difficult times so sadly had to cancel my premium membership. Despite having cancelled I was still charged. I attempted to reach out to alltrails directly and never received a response. I disputed the charge with my bank, they have reached out to alltrails and have yet to receive a response. I have often recommended this app to friends and family but DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING THE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP!!!! Customer service is/has been completely unreliable and they will continue to charge you even if your account is inactive/been cancelled. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

What I like most about this app is that no matter where I am (my family is currently traveling around the States in an RV) I can quickly locate the closest and best trails!
