The issues before was the deals weren’t showing up when the codes would scan. Now, the barcode on the isle tags to scan are so small that the phone won’t focus close up or read them far off.
App barely has any use

This app is terrible and completely un-intuitive. Trying to make a shopping list is near impossible. After both my wife and I tried making and saving shopping lists in app, we gave up and went to store to scan items into the app. Guess what, you can scan an item, but it just goes into a presorted CART, not a saved shopping list. Want to rearrange? Sorry. Want to save? Sorry. THEN, as I’m holding an item scanning it, the app shows it’s OUT OF STOCK at that store so I can’t add it to my CART, or obviously save it for later in a SHOPPING LIST… Anyway, good thought, worthless execution, unfortunately, since it has great potential value for the company.

The old app worked great.. this app won’t even let me log in… it gives me a “we’re sorry but we are having technical difficulties” every time

FYI I’m finding that more often than not lately this app is not working . It’s not applying my rewards or in store offers . It’s happened more than 5 times in the last couple of months and the store won’t apply deals at checkout . My local store is 91042 and every cashier there has no clue that this app even exists . Frustrating . they just say call the number at the bottom of the receipt . On a matter of principle I shall now call as I think it’s either fix it or I’m going elsewhere to shop

This use to be a simple handy app. That is being taken away with each update. Why do that?????

It used to be you could tap an item on the weekly ad and it would add to your shopping list. Then it was changed, and then it was changed back and now changed again!! Please Albertsons quit messing with a good thing. I love shopping the weekly deals and feel like I save money, but I am frustrated with the app developers.

The older version was much easier to use. The new format is horrible and the pricing on the deals match maybe 75% of the time if they even load. Even in the store, I commonly find a “deal” advertised on an item, but when I attempt to scan it, the deal never shows in the app. Tri-tip for $3.99 was the latest. Old version was much better.
