Using the Albertsons app makes shopping so much easier. It gives me the just for you coupons to add to my list so once I get to the store I’m all set to shop and they have everything registered for me once I check out. So good!!!

Website remains clunky, unstable, and far too complicated to navigate. Not “user-friendly” in any way and wildly inconsistent. Albertsons always seems to make things as difficult as possible for customers, especially loyal ones, who should be treated with more respect. We pray regularly for some real competition like an HEB to come to our little town.

It would be nice if you could give the stores a heads up on the free apps products & order enough to meet demand. I’ve been in several times to find the item was never received (even though they ordered it 5x) or completely gone. I’d like it if items are in ONE category. I see the same item in 3-5 different categories. IE: pizza has appeared in snacks, frozen & meat; pop/soda I’ve seen in beverages, snacks etc...If you put it in just one group/category it would greatly reduce the list lengths!

My husband just loves Albertson’s he says it’s the cleanest store he’s ever seen he shops at the one on Boulder Highway and Lake Mead Parkway, they have fantastic deals and we just love the digital coupons! Thank you.

Worst Grocery App Out There

Every “upgrade” to this App makes it worse than the one before. Now you cannot even click on the weekly add to view it as a page and then highlight sale items you want to add to your list. You used to be able to link to a QR with your account info from the home page that you could access directly to show the cashier. Now you have to take multiple steps to be able to bring it up. Never mind that you cannot even search for actual item prices and locations of the item in the store like you can do for Ralph’s/Kroger. Whoever Albertsons/Safeway/Vons contracted with for App development needs to be fired and a new firm brought in to provide a reliable, useful App for customers.
