Worst update ever. The old app showed in landscape so that it was easy to use with iPad keyboard. The new one does not show in landscape. Very bad decision to limit the view and make shopping harder with iPad.

Different but Still Like It

While the Albertsons app is still better than other grocery store apps that I use, the old app was much more intuitive easy to use, love the menu organization, and the recently purchased at the top saves so much time. Never have to worry about forgetting the weekly coupons!

Part III - Success

I wrote 2 scathing reviews which got the attention of an Albertsons technician. His suggestions were ineffective. However, he did provide a phone number to call. Glory hallelujah! My problem was solved by a respectful, concerned, and knowledgeable technician. I’m back in business after a 2-month delay and several efforts. The app itself gets a 3 cuz it isn’t as user-friendly or informative as the last iteration. The technician that ultimately helped me gets a 5. Thus my rating is a 4.

I love the Albertsons app.It has saved me from going into the store during the pandemic. It would be great if they would add a feature where you could be able to save items to a list so you could plan a menu for a party or an event. I’d also like the ability to set up an alert so I would know when an out of stock item is available again.

I love Albertsons but why do you make it so hard to old out?! One star just because I can’t find the log out!? I’ve navigated everywhere in the app and can’t find where to log out. Please help me if you’re able to log out.

When you’re out of a supply you shouldn’t be able to sell it . Twice I didn’t get what I ordered. Really frustrating I think I’m getting my money back from the second time but the first time was never resolved and Albertson’s still owes me $16

Cannot use the app without creating an account. Uncomfortable giving away personal information when all I want is to see weekly ad. Description does not state app requires an account to use.
