Will not allow me to just get coupons

Forcing me to select pick-up, delivery, or shop in store then giving error message saying “shopping in store is not available for your area code” when I live next to an Albertsons.

App is difficult

As an employee and customer I find this app difficult and inconsistent. I have to constantly adjust prices at the check stand when it does not work. Also QR code will not scan on some phones. This app causes frustration and long lines.

Keeps asking for location

Difficult to use the app because a popup keeps asking for location. When I say Allow, it shows an error message and freezes on that screen. And it already had my correct location anyway. Hope this bug can be fixed. I rely on the app for my coupons and shopping sprees at Albertsons!

Products not what wanted, no substitute marked.

Products not available, rep called to substitute agreed to different flavor of turkey tenderloin but received a chunk of deli turkey. Store rep clearly didn’t understand that a turkey tenderloin is in the meat department and not in the deli department. Also received spinach that was going bad.

Love Friday the $5.00 deals. Love U coupons Love the Thankyou special coupons Love the staff in the different departments when you need help if something is out. They check for you. Clean store and usually they are stocked on Fridays when I shop and the Bakery too. Best location and best stores compared to the others and their completions.

Delivery Options are Not Good

Used to have no problem getting what we needed through the app for delivery. Now a lot of things we frequently order say they are not available for delivery. This is not ok since I’m not able to go into the store because of the Covid surge. We like Albertsons, but will switch to shopping at another store if this is a permanent change.

I can honestly say that this app NEVER works right. It doesn’t give you the right coupons or prices when you put them into the app. Prices are high enough and then when you think you have a good deal for something it doesn’t come out that way at checkout. If you wait in line at customer service to get your money back usually they refuse to help or make you feel ridiculous for asking. I am so frustrated and ready to shop elsewhere

I downloaded this today to use the coupons. I decided to open app at Home and it’s requesting my zip code so I can choose a store to shop at. Why can’t I just browse the app? Then it is trying to force me to download the SAFEWAY app without letting me do anything else! Deleting this asap. What a headache!

Missing items

I did store pickup for the first time and did not receive 2 items. There were no items listed on item that could not be filled. Disappointing.
