I’ve been using this now for about 6 months and it’s helped me make real time decisions in regards to both VOC’s and Radon like opening up my windows or just how much a bunch of burning candles raises the VOC’s. I’ve also learned how my crawl space dehumidifier can also raise radon faster if it’s on, vs not on. They have continuously upgraded the app and made a focus to improve upon it. While I find some features lacking due to my love of data analysis, for the average user; it’s more than enough data. The key for both radon and VOC’s isn’t as much about your acute exposure as it is continuous exposure and this app allows you to make changes to your home in real time, while also seeing the bigger picture develop over time. I see this eventually being integrated into a whole house HVAC system with some of the tools they offer.

I checked here to see if there's an updated app since I can only get portrait mode on my iPad Pro. Apparently it's a known limitation. Otherwise this app and the devices are great from our experience. The negative reviews appear to be for early adopters. Pairing syncing monitoring it has all been totally flawless for us so far. We have two devices a Wave Plus and a new View Plus. Great products! Thank you!

App will not let you view all of the air quality data without allowing tracking cookies. There is no reason for a radon detector to have access to my web browsing history. This is a disgusting privacy overreach and I advise running away as fast as you can from this product.
Requires you to allow tracking for full capabilities

A change was made recently where the web dashboard now requires you to allow tracking for it to work. This wasnt the case before and i prefer my apps not to track me.

Pros: -Nice to not to have a digital screen and get information via colors -Long battery life Cons (App) -In order to see different time resolution you need to go web application, why not just put 12h/24h/48h options inside the app? -widget is necessary - terrible alexa integration

Doesn’t sync properly. I can’t get the data on my Iphone. The only way to get the data is going on web.
Connectivity stopped with hub and devices

The app reported old data and connectivity even when not connected. I powered down the hub and removed batteries from all devices and the app still reported the same data and connectivity! I have worked with their support chat, but they take sometimes days to respond. I can only assume they are too busy to respond? I see a lot of bad reviews here. Frustrating…
