I have 2 waves for over a year. My biggest issue is app connectivity, it’s just flat out bad. It supposed to have a radon alarm and it just doesn’t work. I just checked it and yesterday the basement was a 5.9!... I bought it to know when the basement spikes, and it’s just never tells me. I have constant connection issue with the app.

We bought this a couple months ago. The readings are all over the place and the CS person said to wait 30 days for calibration. Then another ten. Then tweak and wait some more. The warrantee is 45 days. I’m still hoping it might work but I smell a scam.

The charts only have labels for date. It is difficult to figure out the time of day that spikes happen.

***UPDATE***The Web dashboard is an acceptable way to address the detailed graphs, HOWEVER you want to scroll left and right to see changing data points it activates the left side swipe right context menu! You need to make that a pull down menu or 3 bar activated push button because you have conflicting interface commands as it is now! (swipe right to run a data point along the curve also pulls out the menu) I agree with everyone else posting about the app’s graphs needing to display the X axis value along with the Y axis value. Plus, it would be nice to scroll back in time for a particular view, like two-finger swipe right on 48 hours view let’s you see 48-96 hours, then another swipe 96-144 hours (ideally it would be a continuous scroll so one could choose to stop on say 56-104 hours). Also, after being out for many years, a Dark Mode color palate needs to be available by now. These are my chief complaints about the app (why only 2 stars), but I’m happy with the device itself (that I would give 4 or 5 stars). They retroactively upgraded the mini units with their new mold feature, it would be nice if the waveplus units received it too (they measure the same data, or at least display it) or explain why these units cannot. Also, Y axis Humidity scale does not auto range like the other measurement values, it’s always stuck on 0 to 100 and makes viewing small variations over the entire time period (eg, only 2-3% over 48 hours) impossible.

I’ve done 3 of the mail in tests while my AirThings has been installed. Each time the mail in test and AirThings match very closely. I had a radon mitigation system installed 3 months ago and it very clearly shows in the data. My AirThings makes me feel comfortable the mitigation is working. Readings went from about 10 to between 2-3.

The device and my phone won’t stay connected. Remove batteries, reinstall batteries. Sync. Phone recognizes device for a second and then doesn’t. Uninstall app and reinstall. Same issue. Will be returning.

The product is great. I am just sick of having to deal with incomplete products. If you want to charge for a premium product, then it needs premium functionality.

Not sure if I am not a target audience but UX in app is horrible for me. I do NOT understand why minimum granularity is 48 hours. It maybe makes sense for Radon but absolutely useless (read stupid) for temperature and CO . I want to see my current levels not 48 average. I know I can drag a graph but : 1) it is hard d to drag to the corner 2) it doesn’t not have proper axis marking and it is not clear if I still see old value or not (need this to figure out if I addressed or not the issue)

This is an impressive device/app and works very well. The negative reviews make zero sense.
