Solid app great devices.

Three of these in our house. Monitoring is consistent and accurate. Better than two other systems I have used.

No Landscape Orientation on iPad
Waterbear Buildings

Landscape Orientation is essential for Apps since many users now use iPads with a keyboard. The graph also doesn’t give you time stamp data so you can’t tell when issues occurred and it can be impossible to read data points that are at the edge of the screen.

Good with one flaw
Mer10z

If they could just add the time to the historic chart hover it would be really helpful to help figure out when things go up or down. Currently the time of day is not shown so you have to guess. Please add time to chart hover.

Needs work.

Great idea, poor execution. The app rarely works correctly for Apple. My readings are completely different; even when right now to each other. The device readings do not match my dyson fan or thermostat. Save your money and find a better product.

Rock solid performance
de Schnack

This has performed flawlessly for about a month. Connectivity is rock solid and works across one floor; sometimes even 2 floors. Updates are near instantaneous (updates immediately upon opening the app). Wishlist: landscape mode on iPad; more detailed timestamps in iOS apps, not just the website, and of course HomeKit support at least for the Hub (so I can keep using my sensors and only need to update the hub). Add this and you got 5 stars. Perhaps a PM sensor in the future?

Works great lately
LiquideFeline

Lately the app has been very reliable. Syncs are slow but that’s standard Bluetooth limitations. The product has highest review by Consumer Reports so I trust it fully.

Good device but incompatible with HomeKit
ace apertura

This is probably a useful device for checking air quality. Unfortunately it just is not compatible with Apple HomeKit. Even if you install Airthings separate hub. And even if you try via ITTT it doesn’t really work. Airthings won’t alert you of high levels of bad air so it’s not that useful except checking manually.

App could use some improvements

I’d like to see times in the 48hr view and an iOS 14 widget to display air quality in different rooms

After 10/19/2020 app update, the whole system stop working.
gargamelh

I have 1st generation Wave, Wave Mini, Hub, and 2nd generation Wave. After 10/19/2020 app update, unable to sync data. Hub wasn’t recognized. So I tried unregister all devices then add device one by one. It keep showing unrecognized network error. Unable to add the device and even unable to contact customer support. I can’t even change correct measurement unit to US. It’s total mess.

Can not use it.
Sarageddon

Can’t connect to the device. It keeps getting an error while updating Customer service feature doesn’t work.
