Apparently they are bribing politicians so they can monetize public air space. Look for the app to die rapidly unless they change this practice.

But i wish it was for parrot drones too like bebop 1 bebop 2 and bebop 2 power And other models

Works great for authorizations but what doesn’t work great is air maps itself who are working against us pilots and business owners by trying to get the government to allow them to start charging us fees for these authorizations. There are so many other apps that are much friendlier to the industry.

I’ve just started using AirMap and it’s pretty straight forward so far for LAANC authorization. I recommend viewing YouTube or comparable videos which you can find by doing a search on “AirMap, training, help” etc.

It is not a bad app. It works well when it works. The problem I have with it is it constantly logs me out which is a time killer for me. I would give it a 5 star if it didn’t log me out.

But in practice it simply doesn’t work. Cannot log in through the app. Everytime I try it says there was an error. This has been a problem for over a year now. Makes this app useless.
