SUPER APP - WORTH HAVING!!!!

Right Away?

I have been a user for several years and this application continues to improve and get better. If there’s ever been an issue with the app, the CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM jumps on it quickly and gets the matter resolved. Big thank you goes out to Sarah at Customer Support! You embody what Customer Support entails. Some other companies still don’t get it ( or ever will ). I would recommend this application 1000%!

Microsoft log in page

Every time I open the app Microsoft log in page pops up and I can’t see my inbox unless I log in , every time !

Won’t push my emails through!!!

I really like my airmail, but lately, they are not being pushed through and I have to manually hit the app so they can come through... I have contacted support at airmail twice, and it’s still not working. I may have to go to another email client. Please fix..... Thanks

Lots of bugs and really slow

This mail app is only good for casual emailing. Anything more than, it can't handle it. It constantly crashes while open large emails. Takes forever to send large emails. Freezes when loading emails. For work purposes, this is a terrible mail app.

This app crashes a lot and sometimes does not even download e mails from the server, stick to the normal e mail app as is the best one this one does not work.

I’ve loved airmail since I purchased it. I ran into problems recently and contacted customer support. My issue was resolved in minutes thanks to Sarah! I can’t believe I waited so long to get help. Clearly they care about customer support unlike so many application vendors. I won’t wait so long next time if there is a next time.

Forget support and forget the nice design

The app may have won the design award, but the developers are resting on their laurels. There are multiple areas of the app which are slow. Loading mail, displaying a message, displaying cached and non cached content. The response from support was “the app isn’t slow. Period, full stop”. I sent them a video and they said “..let us know if the problem persists”. Of course it persists! That’s why I’m sending the bug reports.

I love the features. And the design. I use a lot of folders and 2 accounts and it’s easy and nice to look at. Works with Mac and gmail perfectly I’ve been on the beta for a few years and now the final one and what really amazes me is that the staff is super responsive to support questions. Usually you don’t see that. They are very present and care about their product. I emailed a question from w/in the app on a Sunday and had a response in less than 2 hours from Sarah who helped me with my question. Thank you!
