This app doesn’t work

This app simply doesn’t work with a computer using the latest version of MacOS. After reading through support tickets, I don’t see any path outlined by the developer to fix the issue. Don’t purchase this app if you use MacOS.

This product has steadily gone done hill to the point of being completely unusable. The last time I contacted support for their software causing my 2017 MacBook Pro to reboot whenever I tried to use their software, I was told it was because I was using a retina monitor. Well, it is kind of built into the Mac? So I thought maybe try their Windows host software since I had already purchased the iPad set greater, but apparently Windows 10 isn’t supported. Long story short, if your hardware is less than 5 - 10 years old, you will more than likely not be able to use this software.

Installed and reinstalled the software repeatedly. Was never able to successfully get my iPad Pro to sync with my Mac. I should’ve listen to the reviews this software is garbage. $10 app down the drain.

Do not install on latest (apr 2018) OS X. Nothing on the website about this either. At least duet has documented their issue.
Not working

Will not connect. It just says “Waiting for Air Displays” while my iPad keeps waiting for the computer, then the host program keeps unexpectedly quitting. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the host program on my Macbook running High Sierra. Still the same problem. This a very frustrating and un-user-freindly service for the price. If I don’t hear from their support team soon, I’m going to do all I can to get my money back.

I would have to use words from the Klingon language to adequately describe how much this app blows. On every connection, my MacBook Pro performs an elegant crash. Was any testing done before this was released upon the world? I don’t see how unless the Q/A team was in some sort of drug induced coma. The “developers” responsible should do the world a favor and change professions.
