Nonfunctional with Catalina

Yes I know Apple has Sidecar in macOS Catalina, but it requires iCloud logon which my MacBook cannot do due to company policy. So I purchased Air Display for my iPad and then attempted to install the companion Mac host app, but the installer wouldn’t even run, saying “This package is incompatible with this version of macOS”. Nowhere in the app description does it say about this incompatibility. Three emails sent to Avatron over several days asking for assistance have gone unanswered. Is there a workaround? Can I get a refund? No response.

What a huge waste of money and time. Do not buy. Wish I could give this app a -0 rating for stars as they take your money and run. They should be banned from this app purchase site.

Either this app is crap or the website information is incorrect. It says OS that I have is compatible but when I download to my computer it tells me it’s not. There are no answers on the website to address this issue. Don’t download this, I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before purchasing.
Doesn`t work when host has macOS Version 10.15.3

I tried installing the host software in my MAC, however it indicates that it is not compatible.

POOR PRODUCT !!!
I purchased the app before being notified that it is not compatible with my 2017 MacBook Air because of the high Sierra operating system. I asked for assistance or refund and have received NO RESPONSE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WASTE OF MONEY!!!
Downloaded the app, but didnt want to download the host

I couldnt download the host from my main mac, it says that my mac doesnt recognize the application. I download app from my mac that its 19.99 by mistake, and the one from my ipad that is 9.99. I contacted support and he is asking me to put some code, but its not working. I didnt know that it was going to be difficult to use the app. Im not satisfied with the product.
Misled-Unable to run on Catalina

I wanted to like this product and decided to try it over Duet Display. Unfortunately, my first impression to this product (after I already paid) was that it’s not yet supported for Catalina. First impressions even for apps meal a lot. I even emailed them before purchasing and telling them I had Catalina and they never said it wasn’t supported yet, so I decided to give it a try. Well, on their site the Instructions tell you to download the pay app on your iPad, then download the host app on you laptop. After paying 9.99, I then clicked on their link for the host app, then a second level link for Mac OS, only to be brought to a third link that tells me this doesn’t work for Catalina except for some technical complicated work around which may work. Needless to say I was feeling rather swindled after I told them I was running Catalina. Their advice was to hold on a few more days because they’re working on it. I will be going to Duet Display now.

I was told this would be compatible with my pc so I downloaded it. Then after doing the next step I find out not compatible anymore with pc. Not a happy person refund would be great.
