Booking confirmed by the app but not the hotel

Booking confirmed by Agoda, confirmation email from Agoda, my credit card was billed but when I showed up at Fiesta Americana and they said I didn't have a reservation. (My family and I are a 6 hour flight from home so what are we going to do???) So, FIesta Americana billed me a second time. Now I am paying double for the room and the good price I got from Agoda is twice what I agreed to. Maybe this is Fiesta Americana’s mistake but then Agoda should have them listed as an option.
App is not lower pricing

App is great and super easy to use, BUT it is not lower pricing as stated on website. App had some cool features though like Taxi Helper to help you communicate with your taxi driver in the language of the country you’re visiting.

I love this app because it’s easy to make a booking and it gives you a good description of what to expect. So far it hasn’t failed me with the descriptions .
