I booked reservations at another site prior to finding out about the great prices that Agoda has. I cancelled my reservations and booked with agoda instead.

The Agoda app just sent me a notification out of the blue to get me to use their app again, which I haven't used in a year. They are spammers.

What is this app! you can not modify your reservation, you call customer service but they do nothing. You pay for water villa in a hotel in Maldives, when you arrive you surprise it is beach villa. Tried to change it through customer service, they did nothing. I really got very bad experience with Agoda, and in the same time, they push me back to keep dealing with the greatest website which is Booking.com

I’ve used Agoda for years, and finally reached my limit after several bad experiences, so I feel a need to document the most recent problems. 1. It is impossible to update your contact information in the app, so I’ve had to create a new account more than once and lose all the credit earned. Please allow profile information (email, phone, etc.) updates via the app so I can do this myself rather than having to hold 30 minutes, on international long distance, for an agent. 2. I booked a hotel 24-hours ago. Agoda “failed to process the booking due to a technical issue.” They did not notify me of any issue, when I finally reached the hotel, there was no reservation. So I had to call Agoda (again, international long distance), to be put on hold for 30 minutes, to be given the run around and told I would have to make a new booking. This resulted in both a higher price and a lower-quality room than my initial booking. Please get your act together Agoda. I just want an easy, reliable, hotel booking app.

I booked the room with breakfast and dinner included.but once I paid,it only show that breakfast only... And i choose the smoking room,why it came up non-smoking room in the confirmation page.? And this is less than 7 days to the date,I cant get free cancel. This is will make a lot of problem for foreigner and Japanese staff at the frontdesk.
