The app itself is not bad. The problem I have is, the prices in the app are higher than in the web. I am looking up the same hotel on the web and the app and the app price is 50 Euro higher (thats 10%). So why should I use the app??

Booked a room with this APP. Drove to the hotel and they said no room for me! All I got was an apology from customer service and then had to hunt for an hour to find a decent hotel!
App technical failure costing me a fortune

Thought I cancelled a hotel reservation only to find out too late that it never cancelled and I had to pay in full. Ironically, the reason I cancelled is because Agoda kept sending me emails about better fares at hotels in my destination city. This led me to book a cheaper hotel and then cancel the first one — or at least I thought I did. Aside from the technical failure, In the age of big data and companies collecting every bit of personal information about us, Why would the app allow me to make two identical reservations at two different hotels?? Irresponsible and exploitative. I travel very frequently and only recently learned about Agoda and am deleting it now. Beware!!
