Booking confirmed by the app but not the hotel – Agoda: Cheap Flights & Hotels Review

Booking confirmed by Agoda, confirmation email from Agoda, my credit card was billed but when I showed up at Fiesta Americana and they said I didn't have a reservation. (My family and I are a 6 hour flight from home so what are we going to do???) So, FIesta Americana billed me a second time. Now I am paying double for the room and the good price I got from Agoda is twice what I agreed to. Maybe this is Fiesta Americana’s mistake but then Agoda should have them listed as an option.
