I will not use this app again, I currently waiting response from Agoda customer service to resolve my issue since one hour! They didn't help them customers.
No Real Customer Service

The US customer service phone number rings, and goes through the voice prompts and asks for your confirmation and last four of the cc you used and for some reason it didn’t recognize the last four of my cc. So rather than connect to a rep, the line hangs up on you. I don’t know if anyone has had the same issue but for me that’s customer service 101. The prompts don’t work then connect me to a person. For me that’s an automatic 1⭐️. In a time where we have a thousand websites claiming to have low prices, customer service is imperative!

We booked a hotel in Istanbul based on location. We we got the confirmation for non refundable rooms it was at the hotels second location. We waited over a total of an hour on hold. When we did get in touch with someone the said they would call back in 15-30 minutes. We waited for over an hour and then they stated they can’t hear me and hung up. We are located at the second hotel and they never called the hotel as they stated they would. Worst ever. I want to state it is not the hotels issue but the website.

I used this for the first time after a great rate popped up for a room in San Francisco. Once I got a confirmed number including my credit card info, I went to recheck it on the app and it had a “system error” message for a day. After inquiring, I received an email that the rate could not be honored. No further offer to resolve. I was retraded and lied to. Use this site at your peril.
