It was free so thought I would try it. Had it a couple of months and just deleted it. Don’t really need another useless app crowding my phone. Has absolutely no accuracy. Tells me people have left home, but does not bother to tell me they arrived back home. Tells me people are home when they are still 3 miles from home. Worries more about the battery percent of phone than accuracy.

The install is not able to get past the fact that I already have Life360 and state that I should continue to use it but then it brings me back to the create an account. On life 360 I don’t have the option to use ADT. I’ll update my rating once I can get the app installed and working but for now the rating stays.
Accuracy is pretty good!

Just my husband and I use the app at our house and really appreciate the accuracy, especially when he’ll turn his WiFi on! Instead of texting or calling to make sure he’s gonna make his flight, I can open the App and see that he’s at the airport already. He also rides a motorcycle sometimes and I can see where he is and that he’s safe! It’s really cool!
Constant bugs in app

App will not refresh on phone location if battery is drained on phone. My son constantly drains his phone’s battery, and the app will just stay on “out of battery” status until I check in on the app from his phone. Location sharing visibility via iPhone apps is not an issue because of this, so not sure why ADT Go app can’t pick up the phone location automatically once it is back on. Also, deleted location and tried to add again but app won’t let me. Back and forth with tech support yielded only a “we’re working on it” response, but no new update for app for over 2 months now.

Signed up for the app then signed out & cannot get logged back in because it says already a Life 360 member. Called ADT & the tech support guy was no help. Please assist!!

Why can’t they hire someone who can write an app? Or is it because management can’t understand what can/cannot be done? I trust them with my home security, but not their apps.
App no longer works

Had to reload the app as the beta period is over. App no longer works. When family members join, cannot move past the screen where it asks if you have an invite code.
