Comfort beyond the home

I love the app, it helps my wife and I communicate when we are too busy to actually communicate! Geofencing helps with when we are home, leaving work and if one of us already picked up the kids from daycare. Would recommend to anyone!
Doesn’t work

After trial period it doesn’t work so I followed the instructions on how to get premium. I found it really hard and complicated to even figure out how to do that as well. Basically had to google it since the only thing the adt website would tell me about adt go was the prices and compared the features. So I’ve followed those instructions and had to change my password since for some reason it wouldn’t take the original password I had just used to delete the app account. I do that and then upgrade to premium. I go to login so I can start using the app and it wants me to sign up all over again and when I click the button to “keep premium and continue it gives me an error message that I can only upgrade or downgrade once in a 24 hour period. I don’t want to upgrade or downgrade I just want to login and use the app. Super frustrating. I really like the app when we were doing the trial but this is ridiculous. Way more complicated than it should be.

I just signed up for this yesterday so I am still learning how to use it. But it has some great programs on it, the sos is a great, and roadside service is great also in all its great.

The app tends to be very slow in updating people leaving their geofence. Often my family will leave a location & it won’t update until hours later & sometime only if I open the app & do a refresh of their location. It doesn’t give me the confidence I was expecting from a location based security app...
Feature

Adt go should have a feature to let you know when a family member is within a certain location perimeter that can be customized by size and even multiple locations.

My family loves this app. Great way to keep track of the family for both safety and convenience. Well done ADT!
Doesn’t work.
seriously fed up user
This app never works right. It never updates the location of other users in a timely manner. And when I try to manually locate other persons it comes up “can not locate” what is the point of this app if it doesn’t do what it’s meant to? Location on all phones are on. This app is awful.
Can’t use invite code

My cousin sent me an invite code to join their family circle. Where am I supposed to add that code? I don’t want to use and purchase premium using my ADT information. Why so complicated?

In these crazy times that we live in, it’s nice to have the security of knowing where my family is at all times. If you care about your family, the ADT app gives you peace of mind knowing where everyone is.
