Worthless after update

Will not let me downgrade to ADT GO basic. Keeps telling me to try again after 24 hours. I have multiple ADT accounts for decades and am very well versed in simple apps like this, but this is truly a case of garbage in, garbage out. App acknowledges my account and password then tells me try to downgrade again in 24 hours every day unless I agree to keep Premium for $9.99 a month. Sheer marketing biased garbage. Rethinking all my ADT choices going forward. App removed with disdain.

I have been an ADT customer for close to 15 years. When I first got this app it was outstanding. With kids in many activities it is great to know where they are at all times. However when the app changed and I just tried to have ADT go for free I can no longer use the app. It says I can only update once every 24 hours. Kenneth at ADT has worked on my case for the past month plus with no resolve. It is sad that something that works so well no longer works.
No notifications anymore

The App has been great but recently i have noticed that im no longer getting notifications. I rely on the notifications to see when my daughter leaves the house for school And when she gets home. Please fix this issue, i checked my phone and app settings and its set to notify me when she leaves home and gets back home. So im not sure what the problem may be?

My girlfriend has now lost her phone twice. But with the app I followed the GPS I was able to walk almost on top of the phone where she had left it at. Best app ever!! ??

Not wanting to give a rating, when my spouse changed phones (device), app continued tracking old device. Was also on new device. Tried deleting spouse from my admin account, seemed to work. However, after telling me her account already existed, when it indicated it was deleted. Deleted app from device and re-downloaded it. Now, when I open the app, it takes me straight to page wanting either an invite code or “ no, I want to start a new....”, I cannot back out by simply “NO”. If I say I want to start new, starts immediately trying to sell, sell,sell. All I could do was close app and spouse is still not working as previously. Actually, at this time... not at all. Ransom ware? Certainly is “Naguware”

My wife and I love the features in this app. She knows when I make it safe from one place to another and the SOS button gives me peace of mind when she is out alone. This is a must-have for couples and families!
