Cannot request time off

Cannot create a time off request. Set the “approve by date” and entered a comment. Will not allow me to specify the time period or add a time period. Very frustrating. Don’t you guys put these changes through beta?!?!?


Can’t actually do what you need to do

Every time I try to use to to request off, or approve requests, I can’t on the app. I end up needing to use the browser version anyway. Pointless.


Useful app (when it works)

Crashes and endless loops of using Face ID to log in is what I usually get. However on the rare occasion the app works and the data it presents is very useful

I can literally lose my job because of this app, please stop supporting big companies. You’re app is just making everyone’s lives harder. You obviously have no intent on fixing anything as I’m having issues that were a problem over two years ago so, please do everyone a favor and pull back. You’re app just ain’t good enough, and it doesn’t seem like that’s gonna ever change (I was gonna say “anytime soon” but that’s way too generous). Pull back and take the app down, it’s just down right bad and I’m not gonna lose my job cause you don’t know how to do yours. Lol

At least 3 days a week it won’t load, just says “oops, something went wrong”. You realize this is my time card, right? When it doesn’t work I have to rely on someone else to correct it. I don’t know how many hours of pay I’ve lost through this absolutely miserable app. You owe me lost pay. *Update* the developer reached out and said to try turning on Wi-Fi calling to see if that helps. That didn’t make any sense when I read it, but I tried it anyway and of course it didn’t help. I still get an error message and I can’t punch the time clock. This is still a terrible app. Yes, ADP, I know I can contact payroll to get my pay adjusted for all the times I couldn’t use your app to punch the time card, that’s no excuse not to fix it. There’s been at least 4 updates since I started having this problem and none have made the app any better. I can load every other app when yours won’t, so it’s not an internet connection issue. Please do better.

Repeating logins forever

Whenever I open the app it asks for my login information which is good. When I click to navigate anywhere on the app it asks me to login AGAIN. I try to view the details of my paycheck and it asks me to login AGAIN, but takes me back to the main menu. Once I login I should be able to view everything I need to on the app, not be asked to login at every menu navigation, and then be taken back to the main menu without being able to access what I originally wanted.

Consistently the worst app I’ve ever used. Their technology is outdated. Somebody please disrupt this dinosaur if a company.
