It’s basically worthless

The app is ungodly slow. I’m supposed to have access to my teams time and attendance but the app is unable to do anything the likes there of. Checking my own pay or retirement is almost as bad but somewhat gets through.
Direct deposit

First day of work I set of direct deposit on here. 3 weeks later says there’s no information for direct deposit.
Support doesn’t work

You go to get help and start a chat for help. If ask for support the chat is ended and to get pointed to topics which none help my situation. The request off tab doesn’t do anything once you go into it you have to basically log into a computer and do it from there.
Statements…

If he statements were more detailed it would be nice… hours worked… how many hours of overtime… how many hours or days of vacation to be used… like a normal one you’d get on paper from a job. How much the state took out the city all that

Make sure you’ve got time and patience to deal with this practically useless app. I’d get the information quicker if they sent my paystub through the US mail. That’s right…the United States Post Service moves quicker than the ADP app.
Not working

It seems like every couple of months I have to delete the app on my phone then download again for it to work. I don’t understand why some people have more access on theirs and others don’t.
Quick clock broken

The quick clock was once helpful. But now after entering “start work” the next option is “start work.” That makes no sense and is unhelpful. No longer quick clock. Now annoying clock.

This app is great allows you to see your previous W2s. Pay info I didn't have to wait for physical W2s to be mailed out.
Lacking in features and response

App is terribly buggy and unresponsive at times. Isn’t a huge problem but there is a iWatch app that doesn’t do anything. All it would need is a clock in/out function to make it useful.
