Terrible – ADP Mobile Solutions Review
At least 3 days a week it won’t load, just says “oops, something went wrong”. You realize this is my time card, right? When it doesn’t work I have to rely on someone else to correct it. I don’t know how many hours of pay I’ve lost through this absolutely miserable app. You owe me lost pay.
*Update* the developer reached out and said to try turning on Wi-Fi calling to see if that helps. That didn’t make any sense when I read it, but I tried it anyway and of course it didn’t help. I still get an error message and I can’t punch the time clock. This is still a terrible app.
Yes, ADP, I know I can contact payroll to get my pay adjusted for all the times I couldn’t use your app to punch the time card, that’s no excuse not to fix it. There’s been at least 4 updates since I started having this problem and none have made the app any better. I can load every other app when yours won’t, so it’s not an internet connection issue. Please do better.
