I am a 3 year employee at my company. When we started using this app, it was convinced I was a brand new employee with no vacation time or sick time accrued. Also, we’ve had multiple issues clocking in through the mobile app and have been forced to use the desktop site to clock in some days.

I find ADP to be accessible, accurate, and efficient— very helpful in workplace.
Slow and annoying

App is very slow but could be my old phone. It could be that it bothered me to review it 4 times in under 2 minutes. Fine, take your review then. Otherwise works fine when it isn’t crashing or asking me for my thumb print every other button I press.
Why no Back button??

No matter what screen you go to from the menu, there is no way to go back to the Home Screen because there’s no back button. Duhhh, seems like common sense to me. I have to continually close the app and restart to get back to the Home Screen/Dashboard.
Incredibly slow

Go to the store, send me random pop-ups from external links you have yet to actually click on on top of it. Hard UI to navigate

This is frustrating. I sign in and get immediately knocked out. Downloaded on my desktop and it takes me to something completely different. Disappointing and frustrating.
Can’t view click to log in

Since last update I cannot view anything except my time card. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall with no luck. Need to come up with a solution for iPhones
