The app is very polished and easy to use, with a well thought out user interface and a great selection of body weight exercises. The workouts are about right on in terms of intensity and duration. While I appreciate the developers desire to create a fitness program based solely on body weight exercise, I do feel this is limiting. I would like the option to add in exercises based on the fitness equipment that we might already own or could easily acquire. The most glaring omission as it stands are pull-up bar related movements, but it would also be nice to incorporate things like jump rope, resistance bands, medicine balls, etc. Adding this simple extra functionality would easily make this a five star app.

I have the Apple Watch, iPhone 6s, and the iPad Pro 9.6". I have RESULTS on all three devices but my Premium Personal Workout on my iPhone is different than my iPad. So I have to choose which device I'll be using to train for the entire duration of the Program. I'm a beginner so I like the large screen so I know my form and execution right. My phone and tablet are on the same account but not in sync, thus ex-ing out Apple Health which is linked to every other health apps ie. "Lose It" app.

Don't bother downloading if you're not willing to upgrade. The free download gives you nothing. You won't know if this suits you until you shell out $10.
