Consistency & a Plan Matters

young@heart

Results is the only self directed workout app I have ever used consistently. I love the guided workouts, variety and accountability. After I finish my workout I take a selfie in app and send my results to my accountability partner via text and receive instant feedback. I am on week 7 and look forward to doing this workout four times a week. I pay the premium account and love the integration with Runtastic to track my cardio too! Cheaper than a real life personal trainer.

Best app ever

Leflakka

The best that I try

Took my money

Jeff741a

I downloaded the app, signed up, paid premium membership of nearly $50 and was unable to access the workouts. The company offers no easy way to contact them to fix the problem. Stay away from this app unless you have 50 dollars to throw away.

Perfect for my lifestyle!

LifeLikeLunden

I am traveling all the time AND I like to work out outside when the weather is nice - that's why I love this app. The workouts are so tough but short - I always have the feeling that I get a great workout!

Go back to the prior format!!!!

Sales Star

The update completely destroyed this app. Go back to the normal format PLEEEEEASE!!!!! It's absolutely dreadful to the eyes.

Poor app

Keyhan19

Ok I put a review on this and it crashed! But i ll try again! This app seems to have been designed by a kido! U ll be looking for ways to pause, stop or skip and no luck! Make sure u turn off "auto-renewal" so u wont be charged beyond ur purchased period! Obviously they lie abt it being free too! Everytime i give it a one-star it crashes and prompts me to "this nickname has been taken before!" So i had to give 2 stars for them to let me give a review!

Great trainer

Loving this already. This is exactly what I needed.

Try the monthly first

Laninshki

Heard from other reviewers that app gets stuck when you buy the yearly option Anyhow my review will be based on answers to some of your questions that I had myself prior to purchasing I tried the monthly and did the test which is 15 minutes it's a set of 4 different workouts and it's timed based on your numbers they will create a workout that fits your level so far so good, I like how it lays out the excersizes for me based on how much I want to workout weekly and my level of fitness. Give it a try you won't regret. Much cheaper than a gym and in the comfort of home!

Great workout app for motivation!

The workouts are simple but effective! I love the workout combinations and the tracking, it's so easy!

No joke. Moved from Lol and Runkeeper Apps

Ozmiester

I liked the Results app so much that I moved to all Runtastic apps to consolidate charting my progress. I still use Jeff Galloway's Easy 5k Lolo app because it has more interval choices than Runtastic's Running app and it slows/speeds my music to the running pace I am trying to hit for each interval. I do run the Runtastic app simultaneously so the run gets captured with my Result workouts. I have the Lolo push-up, butt, legs, Bootcamp, stretching, Running, and Easy 5k apps. Results replaces them all except the running app. I wish running workouts where included in the Results app and had interval running workouts that makes the music fit the pace. If the Result apps had this it would be a one stop fitness app. I am on week seven of the app. I constantly have used other fitness apps prior to trying Results. I am actually seeing results in my physical appearance. I spend less time working out and I am seeing better results. These 8 to 15 minute workouts kill me and have me drenched in sweat, but they work. The best part is I don't have to plan arm days, leg days, etc. The app does it all except for running. It does have you set a cardio goal each week, but you have to use their Runtastic app and it lacks the killer feature of setting your music to your desired pace. Runtastic story options are fun, but not as good as Jeff Galloway's Easy 5K Lolo app.
