Membership management is confusing

I liked the app after the free trial, however, I could not figure out how to buy a $9.99 membership neither using App Store on my phone nor on the Runstatic's website. The website is confusing as well. It has the "Premium" text below the title "Account", however, it didn't ask me any confirmation of using my credit card. Clicking on Settings/ request status change gives me a message that I'm not a Premium Member. I got frustrated. The app should be more user friendly; also, it'll be a great improvement if the website would work quicker.

By far my favorite work out app. Easy to use. Great variety of exercises. Can tailor it to your level. Definite must-have.

Amazing App, but wish...

So far I have completed the fitness test and also the first two workouts, and I am very sore (good thing). I absolutely love this app so far. It is set up extremely well and very easy to use. The only thing that I think is missing is an option to workout the back. I understand the concept of the app is to be able to workout with just body weight and without any equipment, but the back of the torso should be worked out also, along with the front of at all possible. I wish that there was a box to check with an option to do back exercises also if we have access to a pull-up bar. This, in my opinion would make this app perfect. I am currently having to add the back exercises on my own. Other than this, the app is perfect, hence 4 stars instead of 5. Developer(s), please, please, PRETTY PLEASE add back exercises or at least an option for them.

I'm 30yo and prior to starting I was 198lbs (at 5'11") and 30% body fat as measured by Fitbit's Aria scale. I'm through 8weeks of training (10 weeks actual time) and I'm currently 191lbs and 25% body fat. I've seen improvements in my athletics, feel healthier, and even received compliments from others about improved physic. Note: I did run a half marathon and complete the Savage Race in the time I was doing the premium workout plan. I also have been using MyFitnessPal to monitor nutrition.

I love this app! The first time I started using this app just to get my plan started I was sweating like crazy! I can definitely see a difference in my body and it's only been a week!
