To be perfectly honest, exercise is almost nonexistent in my daily to-do list and it is not an activity that I feel joy planning or doing. Runtastic has changed some of my attitude toward exercising and has increased my confidence. I can stick to a routine at my own pace and without judgments.

I paid for premium and it continues to ask me to buy premium to use the workout programs. And they have the crappiest customer service. Send them a message and they will get back to you someday, really? Im so glad I only bought a month.

I've been using this app for 9 months at home in my basement and it's perfect for what I need at this season in my life. It uses app body weight and has a great mix of lower body, abs, core and upper body. I can set my cardio goal each week and set for many times I'm working out.

I love the Results training app! I can do it at home, at the gym, or on vacation. I just spent 10 days in Kauai with my family and I used it during my morning workouts. It challenges me which makes me a stronger person, not just physically but mentally as well.

I love this app. I love how you can literally see your progress. That’s one of the most motivating factors. Especially doing it at home. The workouts are challenging but they don’t make you give up. Consistency is key. You’ll be amazed at how many burpees you can do as the weeks progress. This literally yields results. It’s time efficient and you need no equipment. No excuses!
