Fitness can be part of my vocabulary!!! – adidas Training by Runtastic Review

To be perfectly honest, exercise is almost nonexistent in my daily to-do list and it is not an activity that I feel joy planning or doing. Runtastic has changed some of my attitude toward exercising and has increased my confidence. I can stick to a routine at my own pace and without judgments.
