Terrible app; no longer support apple podcast app , this means non usable while driving. No CME questions I have contacted support about this issue , but no resolution If no improvement not worth for subscription !

It crashes every time I open it. Wish I could get my money back. Will never use cme money for it again.

This app never works. It is very difficult to find lectures. Playlist never work. It takes a long time for any of the lectures to upload while you’re driving. Definitely would recommend a different product.

Audio digest needs help

Programs do not always upload as expected. I have had to call the help desk 4 times in 6 months because the programs are missing. The staff always says to delete the app and then reinstall it. There was a problem in September 2018 where I had not received any new programs in 3 months because the app was being reformulated. I have been a subscriber since the late 1980’s. The content is great but the app doesn’t work very well. I stick with it because I get a lot out of the content. I think it will be hard to entice new subscribers who expect more from the technology they purchase

For $800 I expect the app to work, I can’t even login, but I can login from my desktop.

I’m really finding this to be much more user friendly than the old app. I really like how easy it is to track and and submit your CME on this. Currently I have the Internal Medicine Gold Subscription, but once I get my next bolus of CME money I plan on upgrading to the Platinum so I can listen to the IM Board Review content, and other subspecialties. It’s user friendly enough that I’m blowing through the content pretty quickly (listen to it when I’m walking / gardening / doing chores). Also like the written summaries, as if you’re listening while multitasking or if you’re a visual learner it helps to reinforce the lectures.

The lectures are excellent, unfortunately the app and technology should be much better given the cost of the service.
