Audio digest needs help – ADF Membership Review

Programs do not always upload as expected. I have had to call the help desk 4 times in 6 months because the programs are missing. The staff always says to delete the app and then reinstall it. There was a problem in September 2018 where I had not received any new programs in 3 months because the app was being reformulated. I have been a subscriber since the late 1980’s. The content is great but the app doesn’t work very well. I stick with it because I get a lot out of the content. I think it will be hard to entice new subscribers who expect more from the technology they purchase
