Frustrated

I bought this expensive program so that I can keep up with CME on the go as I have a busy work/family schedule. This app crashes continually. Agree with the above reviewer; this is unacceptable considering the high price of the service and the relative simplicity of what’s required for the app. Please spend some of this money to upgrade to an acceptable product. I have used AudioDigest since 2008 but I will not be renewing my subscription until it improves.

Great content when it works. However, I often can’t open it because the app closes itself out as soon as I try to access. I paid a lot of money for this content. Very disappointing. Won’t be a repeat customer.

It has such potential but more often than not it freezes. Usually when driving and listening as others have mentioned. In a word —- frustrating.

Not the lectures - most are excellent. I've subscribed for about 30 years and find it a great way to update knowledge on seemingly random topics in primary care. Incomprehensible why they haven't been able to improve the app: It won't download new lectures automatically so I have to telephone ADF for help (I'm about to phone again now because my last lecture was about 5 weeks ago even though I have a subscription). Once a lecture is available it's best to listen all at one session because the app doesn't restart where it left off. Consider getting the CDs mailed via USPS and playing them back on your preferred media player. AND I'm having trouble submitting this review because it won't accept it without a nickname and all the nicknames I've tried are a rejected because they're already taken...even "not taken".

WHY hasn’t anyone fixed this app or made updates yet?? There is an overwhelming amount of negative reviews from a well educated group of individuals who are paying hundreds of dollars for this service for an unacceptably long time. Quite disappointed buy my membership thus far. I really enjoy the lectures that I am actually able to listen to, but they haven’t uploaded the last three months of them on the app and I don’t have a CD drive to listen to the CD! Get with the program people it’s 2018!

Content seems great but to look back at previous reviews and see that they still haven’t fixed this app for months to years... how can that be acceptable?? Was very excited to earn CME in an easy to track fashion. Now I can’t even complete a pre-test without the test screen freezing up.


Misleading “e” gift cards, glitches

Bought the platinum membership last week for $2199– supposed to come with quicker customer service, when you call your weight on one line, you get transferred and then wait on another long phone line to finally have an answer to your question. MISLEADING “e” Best Buy certificate—-they don’t send you one, then You wait 20 minutes on customer service, for them to tell you that this electronic certificate takes 4 to 6 weeks! Take the “e” off and do not be misleading, fix glitches! (pretest gives you the circle of death, sometimes the app quits in the middle, I’ve only had it one week!)
