There are 3 levels of membership: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Content access depends on membership level.
Key functionality:
PERSONAL LIBRARY - The library allows you to easily add lectures for quick access and keeps you current on your progress on each individual lecture. Use your library to manage your content, add, delete and make playlists.
FACETED SEARCH - Our faceted search allows you to efficiently find the content you need and store it in your personal library. You can even save your searches as a custom playlist.
PLAYLISTS – You can quickly create a custom playlist to manage your content. Create a playlist to group your content by topic and listen to several courses back to back. An Autoload playlist automatically adds new content as it becomes available, ensuring you keep up to date with the latest material of interest to you.
CREDIT TRACKER - Keeping track of your credits can be a tedious activity. You can easily track your credit status to complete your State Licensure CME requirements.

I have a 38 minute commute so listening to CME works for me. I’ve been using Platinum subscriptions for about 5 years. I’ve learned a lot, but it’s not nearly good enough. New lectures come out too infrequently for the price. The quality is variable. About 25% are poor quality, 50% are good and 25% are great. Too many speakers are referring to slides which I obviously can’t see. The app could be more stable, when it freezes and you’re driving you obviously can’t fix it. The search function is poor. Keep trying AudioDigest, you can do better, especially at this price!

Worst APP ever!! Please fix this!! We pay too much money for audio digest to have it not work consistently. It always crashes, doesn’t load the whole lecture half the time and so hard to navigate. I’ve been a platinum member for 5+ years and I’m seriously thinking about ending my subscription over this nonsense App.

Love the content, but the app is difficult to use. It’s like a researcher set up clinic flow instead of someone in private practice.

Doctors who uses calculators
The good: Some of the speakers are amazing and a well delivered, organized description of the topic can enlighten a clinician on how to start taking better care of patients with a problem. It is pretty easy to accumulate CME. It does work across different devices (phone, iPad, laptop). The bad: The app is a little bit disorganized. Not intuitive to make your own playlist. The lectures you purchased are mixed with other ones that you can pay for. I hate that. The app is buggy. Not on the same level as what I’ve come to expect from well established apps. Some of the lectures are disorganized and not helpful. Thus, rating of 3/5.

I like the convenience of getting CME through this app but often I have to shut it down or even re-download it to get it to work.

Such a pain to use. Often freezes. Like Audio Digest well enough, but considering they don’t have to go to expense of making and mailing CD’s anymore I think they should channel that money into a decent app. Pay a developer a little coin and create a product that is more user friendly.
App beats internet

Using the App is much better than trying to access the lectures using the internet with a smart phone. Using the internet browser does work, but using the app is simpler and works very well.
Poor app

I have been using this app for a year. It is buggy and I am continually having to delete and download the app again to get it to work again. Unfortunately this is hard to do when driving which is when I listen to it. Also redownloading also deletes all previously downloaded episodes. Considering how expensive the membership is I am very disappointed. I have never rated app before but I am rating this app in the hope that they will fix it. I am tech savvy and the problem is definitely with the app. Update: Still same issues. App Will quit and log you out randomly. When I try to log in again it will quit the program. Have to delete the program and all my downloaded lectures. Then reload the app to get it to work. Maybe they can spend some resources on making app work and then we can stop with the CDs (they offer to stop sending CDs so they can save money, not an option given app issues).

When it works, it’s great but like has been noted, frequently have to delete and reinstall. All content has been back each time but very annoying as I also use when driving. Occasional errors in quizzes. Occasional mismatch with quiz and lecture. Doesn’t sync well with other devices. Love the content though. I get way more cme than required as I use it all the time to be sure I am up to date. Please fix the bugs.
