I love this app! I’ve been using it for 7 months now with my volunteer department and it’s performed excellently. My only request is that you make more ringtones that sound similar to actual tones. Slightly disappointed there aren’t more options for that. If it’s something you can get to, great! If not I understand. Thank you for keeping us running smoothly and efficiently!

Need a automatic delete feature for week old or two week ect calls Also once you respond to a call your active location stays on until your within 1/4 mile of the call But that’s my 2 cents other than that a great app!

Love active 911 better then any other response app I’ve used, just wish apple devices using Active 911 would have same features as android and Samsung, such as auto open scanner feed once receiving an alert

Updated to ios12. NO ALERTS SOUNDING UNLESS THE APP IS LEFT OPEN ON THE IPHONE.

3D Touch is cool

Any chance y’all can add automatic to the 3D Touch? Regularly go from auto to on duty because of overtime. Keep up the good updates. What would take this app over the top would be an additional setting for themes to auto switch from light to dark on what times are set. Something like the option to set it to light from 07:00-20:00 and then switch to dark from 20:00-07:00. Keep up the good work.
Crashing

App has worked great for me over the last 3 years and I use it almost everyday for my ems job but recently the app has been crashing and not allowing me to even open or start the app on my phone. I’ve tried restarting my phone and have had no luck. Any way I can fix this without having to reinstall and having to have my device re-registered with my job?

Since this last update previous calls do not clear off Apple Watch, even though calls on the iphone are deleted.

Love being able to receive notification on my watch but the is no complication on the Apple Watch 4. There was w/ the 3. Is this a iOS 12 issue or Watch issue?
