My department and myself greatly appreciate your most recent update to allow a notification when a chat message is received while in the app. What we discussed is that a notification while the app is closed like any social media app would be great as well. We appreciate all you do!

Update for unopened calls leaving a number on the app will not go away. Constantly says I have 3 missed calls when I do not. Other than that awesome app! PROBLEM RESOLVED AFTER KILLING THE APP

For us EMS folks this call counter is obnoxious. Please give us a feature to turn it off. It’s unnecessary and ugly.

I really like the app, just wish I could set a different ringtone for different departments in my area.

Any chance you can add a read all button. Not everybody is gonna open up the app when a call goes out. Other than that great app helps my department out a lot with the gps & fire hydrant locations& would love to see more notification sounds

Calls quit showing up in my iPhone notifications where I can pull the screen down from the top and get a quick glance of the previous calls.....

The new unread notifications badge is really annoying. Please make a way to turn it off. Or get rid of it all together.

I updated my active 911 the other day and I havnt been getting alerts for calls.
