This app used to be awesome. Now, dispatches don’t always show up on time, and to view the full dispatch (at least on IOS) requires frequent refreshing...and that doesn’t always work. Maps are FREQUENTLY incorrect i.e. I am outside Philly and the map tries to tell me my calls are in Wilkes-Barre which is 2+ hours away. A lot of the time the maps also try to direct me to the middle of a body of water. Needs work. Still probably the best app for this out there though.
Only one small issue to resolve

The map routing buttons need to have a larger contact area, an annoyingly high percentage of the time when I tap the Google or Apple map routing button on the call screen while starting a response, it sends me to the map overview instead of the GPS routing like it's supposed to. Might need to remap those buttons to have their functionality a bit easier to tap. Other than that, absolutely love it. PS: it'd be swell if we could assign our own alert tones and not just the limited alert tones provided.
Mark all alerts read

Would be nice to be able to mark all alerts as read instead of clearing them out of history.

Up until this week it was a five star app. This week it cleared ALL of my alarms. TWICE.

Whatever you did on last update, you broke routing. It shows addresses being several states away.
Station stand by button

As a volunteer it would be nice if you could figure out a way to add a button up in the response area that says stand by so if you get a call you can mark your self at the station waiting for more people to show up. It would also be cool if you could find a way to add apparatuses on the App
Great App but needs chat work!

Overall this is a great app but it doesn’t let you clear all the chats. If I have read them I want them gone.

I miss the option on my Android phone that opened up my scanner app automatically when an alert came out. Would love to see this brought over to the IOS side.
Concerned with new update
Crash must stop
Don’t get me wrong I love this app especially since our county updated our CAD system. I’m very Leary to download the new update because I have over 700+ calls since the day I started using the app. I’m to the understanding that one you update you lose them can that be fixed please? I love being able to go back and look while having conversations as well as when I’m doing work for the department. Could you advise if this is fixable?

I am the assistant chief of my local volunteer fire department. I love the app. When I first downloaded it. It worked great fell absolutely in love with it. But the last few call that my station has got called out to, addresses in the map have been way off. Like miles in the wrong direction. I have updated the app and my Apple maps and it hasn’t fixed it. Will some one please help??!!
