As everyone states here, the Acorn content is great....the Acorn app is the worst and there is no Customer Service to help with customer concerns. I do not understand why someone from Acorn cannot make a response to their customers about this troublesome app i.e., are you working on fixing it, do you care that everyone is having the same problem? A little Customer Service could go a long way! Login is impossible, app “forgets” that you have purchased a subscription, app does not recognize your username or password but, yet, you can login with the same username and password on the Acorn.tv website. Please, please, please address this ongoing issue. I have a one year subscription that I feel is not being honored by Acorn. Developers: get to work and solve this please!

Quite frankly, I wouldn’t even give it one star‼️. This is the worst app to navigate. Don’t waste your money, which is unfortunate because the programs are great. If only the app worked. It is counter-intuitive and makes no logical sense. For a number of weeks I couldn’t get on using my iPad or iPhoneand I couldn’t get into my account. Well it turns out they were having a systems problem it they never contacted the customers. I found this out through a web search trying to trouble shoot the issue. By the time you read this review, I will no longer be a customer.

.......since the last update it will not allow me to log on to the app. I know my log in and password are correct. Frustrating.

Love Acorn TV, but the IOS app currently seems to be experiencing problems. Cannot log in using the same userid/password as with my computer or Roku, and the app will not let me reset them within the app. I changed the password online but it is still not recognized by the IOS app. If you have an IOS app that is working, I advise DO NOT UPDATE yet until you see positive reviews. I have an another older iPad that still works with an earlier version of the Acorn app, but the newer app does not work on one with a newer operating system on my newer iPad. In sum, I don’t think they have this working yet.

Today, I click on Acorn app in my IPad. My email and password does not work even though I know it is correct. Went the long way - log on by means of the actual web desktop complete Internet address and it work. Tried again on the Acorn app by IPad and it keep saying wrong email and or password. Very Disappointed. Fix this error. Long time Acorn customer literally when it started.

Keeps saying my password is wrong. Changed the password multiple times, says all of the new passwords are wrong too.
