Okay, it’s been too long. FIX THE APP. It no longer works. There isn’t a support line number so you have to email them. What do you receive as a solution? Delete the app and re-install it. Same answer that doesn’t work three times now. Really frustrating

Acorn is fine...the app is ridiculously bad. The new version has GIANT IMAGES for every listed episode and I have to quit the app if I want to move back a screen.

I just signed in and app doesn’t recognize my email/password. Waste of energy

I had a subscription for 3years with constant problems logging in. I finally cancelled. A year later I re-subscribed hoping the problems would have been solved.. I paid for a year 3 months ago and still have constant problems with little aid from their help center. Too bad, good shows, just can’t access them.

Well I would have to rate the programming 5 stars but the functionality of the app 1 star at best. Purchased a 1 year subscription on my apple tv and nothing but problems getting the app to let me watch anything. It is like gambling will it work today or not? When it works it is great but when it won’t let me watch anything because it keeps telling me to use a 30 day free trial it stinks! Customer support is terrible just sends you the standard fix issues but doesn’t answer your questions.

I haven’t been able to log in through the app, only through the website directly. Please get your act together before I cancel my subscription.

I’m absolutely in love with your programming, and the latest update makes viewing worry-free. No crashes, no issues whatsoever. Thank you for a great source for viewing my favorite shows.

After 1st week of use,quit recognizing me. I can log in on a browser, but this app won’t recognize me (same credentials) no matter how many times I try, or how often I delete and reload the app (3x so far). There is no explanation - just that my email or password are wrong. They work fine on a browser and I continue to get promotional emails at the address. If no repairs in next Monday nth or so, I’ll discontinue membership. Too bad because I love the programming!!

Can not get to work at all. Every time I try to play a show it keeps bringing me back to the subscribe page. I click subscribe and nothing happens. I’m running iOS 11.4 and this is a huge bug causing the company to lose subscribers. Well, off to Britbox I go.
