Signed up for the 1 week trial, but after 2h app disabled my access due to lack of subscription. Needless to say I kicked it to the curb. Lousy is an understatement.

I'm having trouble managing my subscription. I'll figure it out somehow. The description of how to cancel is just wrong. I did send a message. If I just delete the channel will it cancel the subscription? I must have subscribed to your channel with iTunes, they send the bill. If I delete the channel from my iPad will it cancel the subscription? I'm just going to go with the Roku - I figured that one out. Totally stumped with Apple - I think it's Apple that's making this problem, probably with their updates - but it might be me as well. Aaaargh!!! On your help page I "clicked for Apple support and was helped immediately. Now I know how. The problem is when I went into iTunes it did not acknowledge Acorn TV. Just for your info.

I have paid fir and am not able to watch. After many attempts to get my account activated acorn continues to say my account has expired, try to subscribe says my account is active until March 17. I have spent days trying to solve this and only get the same remedies to try, retry, retry. Totally done paying for a subscription I can not use.

Love the programming but app does not remember which videos you've watched. Recently viewed stopped working. If you leave a video before finishing app does not remember where you left off. Sometimes stalls with the obscure message "resource not available" (quite by accident I discovered if you swipe down in the episode list the list will refresh and the episode will play then).

Watching Nothing Trivial and the last 8 episodes including final show all seemto be playing the same old episode. Can you fix. Thank you. Now unable to watch any shows please fix.

I’ve got the app on my iPhone and ROKU. The ROKU app will not let me access my content directly. I have to use browse to get to the shows I want. The Iphone app doesn’t keep track of the last episode I watched. It reverts to the last one I watched on the ROKU so I’m constantly having to browse through and find the episode I left off on and access it that way. It’s quite annoying. But I love the shows so it’s something I’m willing to put up with. But really Acorn fix this issue!
Horrible app, useless tech support

I wasted several hours trying to sign in and view content after buying a one year subscription for $69.99. Their tech support was worse than useless. Fortunately Apple gave a full refund.

I love Acorn TV. However this app does not work well. Even though it let me sign in (it even shows what show I watched last), every time I try to watch something it tells me that I don’t have a subscription. When clearly, I do.
