I have had a $50 gift card pending since August, 2013. I have contacted customer support and they could give me no real reason why the gift card hadn't been sent out. Recently I tried contacting them again and my email was ignored entirely. Bad app with a great concept, but you'll get to the reward stage and nothing will happen. It's really disappointing.

Always disconnecting with apps. They acknowledge the problem, but you rarely get your points credited back. Takes more than the allotted time to get your reward. They say 8 weeks, I think I waited closer to 12, with multiple follow up emails. Great idea, poor execution.

I'm close to a $100 reward but it works great with FitBit and Lose It. We will see if the really ship out the gift card

Great in theory. However, I haven't been credited for tons of points even though the app is showing that it's connected to all my other apps. Also, it often takes several days for points to appear.

No rewards.

I've met my goal over 80 days ago. I've contacted them several times and they give various excuses. Still haven't seen the $50 credit they promised. Beginning to see this as a scam.

It doesn't count everything(Cheats you)
