The app is beginning to be a pain

Ever since the update, the amounted you are awarded if the apps you have synced as dropped. Before, a meal for myfitnesspal, was 30 points. Now, it's 6 points for a meal!! I have been working on $25 for a year now, and now because of the update it's going to take me another year! I would delete the app, but I don't want the year I spent trying to gain the $35 to go waste.

Great idea but this app just doesn't measure up. Points are not awarded and when customer support is contacted, they indicate that points can't be adjusted. So you just lose those unawarded points. Customers must constantly check app to make sure points are being awarded and monitor connecting/disconnecting apps to make sure points to ensure all are syncing. Way too time consuming. Award took well over 6 weeks and numerous emails. Getting paid for exercise is a great idea, but look elsewhere.

I cant believe there was a waiting list for this App. It does not sync all the time and when it does the data is wrong. Also I tried reaching out to customer support....no answer. I would not even use free WiFi to download this.

I've had this app for a few months and feel like I've gotten nowhere. I generally walk 15-20000 steps a day. Some days this will give me 14 points and other days 37. For the same amount of steps! There isn't a chart to follow on earning points and no support if there are questions. Not really worth it

This app connects to the health app but for some reason it's not always accurate. Sometimes it records thousands of steps fewer than the health app has recorded. Even taking 10,000+ steps/day it will still take an absurdly long time to reach the goal and receive $10.

Points are correctly updated from health and Fitbit app. Haven't used this app too much yet but I've been able to get a good chunk of points by just living my life. My Fitbit charge hr has already been a part of me everyday so I basically feel like I'm earning free points from waking up, doing stuff, and going to sleep.

App keeps crashing!!

I can't open the app at all! Something is quite wrong with this version of the app - I've reinstalled it several times, which has not fixed the problem.

The app keeps crashing no matter if I close it or reinstall it. I can only hope that my Fitbit is syncing with it online since I can't check my points!

Can't speak to the prizes, since I haven't gotten close to earning one. My main beef is that while it worked great the first few days, it's no longer paying attention to my Fitbit. Fit bit's working fine, it shows the account as connected, but it no longer recognizes the steps or gives me credit for them.

Just crashes. No point in having it installed unless fixed. Update: it updated and lost my login information. Now it can't find my account when I try to reset my password. So in grand total it worked all of two days
