Point change over - missing points - zero support

I liked this app until they did their point changeover in April. At that point I was 75% to my $25 reward. And my points were wiped out. I put in a ticket on June 18th to find out what happened to them. It's now August 27th and I have received no response other than "our engineers are looking into this." Very disappointed in the lack of support. Social media for this app appears to be dead since 2014. I used to recommend it to all my friends now I will warn them to stay away.

I really like the idea of this app since it gives people motivation to exercise. HOWEVER, this app does not sync with my Fitbit well at all. It rarely updates to match what my Fitbit app says I have done in a day. Maybe consider making a more realistic goal also, like 5000 points instead of 10,000. Don't recommend downloading this unless they update.

Downloaded app by a friends suggestion worked and synced the first day, has not worked since. Tried to contact customer service no success. This app would be great if it worked

The app does not accurately sync info. The info on the fit bit and my fitness pal does not transmit to the app after 3 days. Could be a great app if it worked

Awesome idea. Terrible execution. I never get any support when I email about problems, and it's not counted any on my thousands of steps a day for over a month!

This one always helps motivating, tracks points good. I'm curious as to if there is an actual reward at the end of the tunnel, but the journey has been good!

This app is great for motivating me. However it needs to gets the kinks worked out. Has issues syncing and therefore giving the points owed.

You will connect to devices then the next time you go on they are all disconnected again. Waste of time!!
